COMIC NOTES:

Lamar has changed a lot in the past few years, even if he has just cause to have done so: http://wyrecats.com/comics/21/

A full view of Lamar's new Lusca armor, which adds four more limbs to go full octopus (the tentacles hanging from back and the tentacles rolled up on his sides): http://wyrecats.com/comics/45/

The reason why Lamar was filled with the ol' lust for revenge: http://wyrecats.com/comics/41/

QUESTIONS:

How bad has Lamar really gotten? He's used the Ignis organization's structure to build his own private army, of hired thieves and killers. How did he get the money for that , anyway? But then again, since he can't talk with his natural voice, he's using his voice program to give a speech not unlike that of a supervillain; perhaps he's just performing how he thinks a villain should act, and his heart isn't really in it?

(regarding the discussion question) Gee, I hope not. "My voice sounds like a supervillain, so I just cut out the middleman and became one" is not the best backstory out there.

If a sword should fall into your hand, why would you not take it up?

The real fools are the ones who gave Lamar his resources... we've been through that story before, haven't we, Osama?

Uncle Sam's never had a problem making his own monsters, this is just a bit more literal.

Is it bad that I find his motives sympathetic. An apparatus designed to keep the populace too afraid to question how they are being exploited and ground down needs to be turned against its masters.

Not to mention that the girl he liked was put in a coma by them...

Well again, you are blurring the lines between good and bad; so who is to say which perception is 'right' or true?

I really always dig your suits' designs! :)

Thank you! You'll see plenty more armored action in the next few pages.

So cool how so far most of this story's conflict is the tension with each of meeting her old friends, it's tragic and compelling, I'd like to think lamar's still got good in em

Although Lamar appears to be on the bad route, I hope that maybe he's actually up to something good. Maybe he has a deeper plan that we don't know about yet... I hope.

Ooh, I didn't know you did a podcast. Imma gonna check it out! Also, I agree with Sovember's comment, there's always some tension between K.A and her old friends who've had their own personal development while she's been gone.

Wait. A squad of Pinschers? As in, the breed of dog?

I guess "Cry 'Havoc!', and let slip the dogs of war" has never been more apropos then.
